1) What is Sports Injury Bulletin?

Sports Injury Bulletin is a subscription-only newsletter for physios, coaches and athletes, featuring the latest research and advice from leading experts on sports injuries. The advice in Sports Injury Bulletin comprises the combined experience of our world-renowned sports physiologists, trainers and therapists, turning injured patients into winners in their sport. It's published 10 times a year by P2P Publishing Ltd. Sports Injury Bulletin is not available in the shops – only our subscribers are able to access the valuable information we publish.

2) How can I trust the information you publish?

Through our sister publication, Peak Performance we have been offering indispensable advice to athletes and coaches for over 16 years. Sports Injury Bulletin was founded in July 2000 to focus our years of experience on the area of sports injuries. Our writers are leading authorities in the fields of sports injury, health, and fitness. Furthermore, we do not sell advertising space in our newsletters because we are committed to providing authoritative and independent information free from editorial bias. 3) How do I subscribe to Sports Injury Bulletin Online?

No. We never sell or pass on our customers' details, including email addresses, to any third parties.

9) I received an email newsletter from Sports Injury Bulletin but have not subscribed. What's going on?

As well as our subscription-only newsletter, we also publish a free email newsletter called Sports Injury. This is sent to people who have asked to be included on our mailing list after visiting Sports Injury Bulletin or one of our affiliate sites. Sports Injury contains free information and is sent out weekly. Recipients of Sports Injury are under no obligation to purchase a subscription to Sports Injury Bulletin – but you'll need to subscribe if you want the competitive edge Sports Injury Bulletin gives its paying subscribers.

10) How can I unsubscribe from Sports Injury and other Sports Injury Bulletin emails?

You'll find a link at the bottom of the email allowing you to automatically and immediately unsubscribe. 11) Is this publication available internationally?

Yes. If you have access to the internet, you can read Sports Injury Bulletin. When you subscribe online, you can choose to pay in US dollars, Euros or British pounds, but as it's an automated credit card system, the payment will be converted into your local currency when you see your credit card statement. At the moment, Sports Injury Bulletin is only published in English.

12) Can we swap links?

Subscribers' FAQs

1) I subscribed to Sports Injury Bulletin online but I haven't received anything since. How do I access my subscription?

You can access Sports Injury Bulletin as soon as you subscribe - your issues of Sports Injury Bulletin and your free reports are ready for you to download now. Go to the SIB members area and use your username and password to log in. These were chosen by you when you subscribed and can be found within the 'Welcome to Sports Injury Bulletin Online' email that you received subsequently. All issues and special reports are stored as PDF files, so you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader or a similar reader to view them.

2) How will I know when the latest issue has been published?

Whenever a new issue of Sports Injury Bulletin is published, we'll email you to let you know. You will then need to log in to the subscribers area with your user name and password to download it.

3) What if I don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on my PC?

Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free piece of software that can be downloaded from the Adobe website.

4) What if I use a Mac?

No problem. Mac users can also download and read Sports Injury Bulletin, as long as you have a PDF reader and access to the internet. Adobe Reader is compatible with Macs running OS 7.5.3 or above. Mac OS X users can also use Preview, which is pre-installed along with Mac OS X and will open PDF files automatically.

Sports Injury Bulletin is published 10 times a year.

8) I have a print subscription and can't get into the subscribers' area online. What do I do?

You won't need to access the subscribers' area if you have issues delivered to your door – the online issue is identical to the print issue.

9) I have a print subscription and I want to change it to an online subscription.

You can take out an online subscription at any time. Click here for details. Once you've received confirmation that your online subscription is active, email sib@electricworldplc.com to cancel your print subscription so you don't pay twice.

10) I have an online subscription and would like to switch to print.

11) I have a question about something that was contained in an article. How do I get a response?

Please send an email to sib@sportsinjurybulletin.com with your name, contact details, and the specifics of your question (which article you are referring to, etc) then we can forward your question to the writer of the related article. Online subscribers can cancel their subscriptions themselves. Go to Worldpay and log in using your Worldpay user name and password. This is is different to your Sports Injury Bulletin user name and password and can be found in the email that Worldpay sent you when you subscribed, entitled 'WorldPay Regular FuturePay Electric Word plc'. Once you're logged in you need to click 'View Details'. From here, you can choose 'cancel'.
