I think I might have an ECU injury

Question:

I think I might have an ECU injury

I play tennis almost every day, and recently I have begun hitting with more force and more topspin. I wasn't having much of a problem with my wrist until I began hitting with my dad, whose serve is very strong; after returning the serves, I noticed some pain in the extensor carpi ulnaris region of my right wrist. The pain is exacerbated when I flex my hand downward and rotate it either internally or externally. When my hand is extended, external or internal rotation doesn't produce much pain. The most pain comes when my hand is in a supine position.

I would appreciate it if anyone could verify an ECU injury, suggest a different injury, or suggest any treatment that could help me heal faster.

Thank you,
Joelle
