swelling in lower legs due to blunt injury

Question:

swelling in lower legs due to blunt injury

I am a male,38, 185 cm, 95 Kg. I had a minor bike accident 2 weeks back. Bruises on both legs, blunt injuries , including the knee. Only minor scratches on right knee which healed in 3-4 days. However, the knee was painful for 3-4 days, and then I could walk and jog as well. However, both lower legs have become swollen, and the swelling is more in the daytime, when i work and move about. No pain, no redness, no streaks, no wounds on the legs, just swelling, and a pulpy feeling when I press them , so that they form pits which take some time to normalise. I went to a GP, and he prescribed antibiotics(hifen lx 200 mg ) for 7 days, but there thas been no lessening of the swelling(cellulitis??) after 7 days. I went to th doc again and he has changed the antibiotic now..clid 300 for 5 days. Please help.
