Question:

what do you do for medial shoulder pain with tightness in thoracic region .(stroke last winter)

She is taking medications that can cause shoulder pain, and she also had tight quads, as will as very tight chest. I have tried many excer. recommeded by G. Cook's FMS, and not much improvement. No hip tightness or hamstring tightness.
