pain in rt buttock, while walking, and tying shoe laces.

while playing hockey match, i slept on rt buttock. injury to rt buttock cousing me pain in rt buttock specially in upper quadrant. i have done MRI and it shows tear in glutis medius, gluteus minimus and tear at the junction of Iliospous muscle.

date of injury jan 08
treatment h/o---- no specific treatment given.

my power in the legs are ok . as per doctor they said ... my 1RM of major group of muscles is as follows.
quadricep rt. 25 .5 kg
qudricep lt... 35 kg
hamstring rt ..25 kg
lt 27 kg

back 70 kg

and hip extension 90 kg.

please guide me rehab exercise.
i am international level player.
my age is 29 yrs.
