Hi, i recently "pulled" or strained my groin playing soccer on tuesday night. It suddenly started to hurt and there was a sharp pain. After this i couldnt continue to play and i couldnt run yet alone barely walk. Up till now it still hurts a lot, especially went i start walking and when i twist my hips or bend over or any movement with my legs. Also, there is pain near my tail bone area as well. I am taking medicine and icing and doing my best to rest, but do you have any more suggestions for faster healing...
