Back injury due to Kayking-plz help!

Question: Back injury due to Kayking-plz help!

hi!
M 29 and doing kayaking since 12 years. I had to stop paddling for 7 months due to a tendon injury ( between Right shoulder blade and the backbone)which happen after doing Back Press-using Weights and paddling a long distance in the Boat.I had undergone Ayurvedic Therapy and physiotherapy Treatment simultaneously.I was filling fit and started practice since 2 months. But Now again i started feeling uncomfortable at the same place and feel that i will get injure if i try to pull really hard.i have to get ready for a competition in November 2nd week. What should i do??
Now my problem is double as my lower Back(near L4,L5) is feeling very tight. I feel pain If i had to stand for long and i need stretching or bending Down to ease the tightness.I started feeling pain- sometimes suddenly if i do Explosive Paddling, Running etc.I consulted Ayurvedic/Allopathic doctor but he said it is fine and advice some Swimming. Swimming doesn't make much difference but I feel very relax if i hold both my Knee's close to the Chest while lying down on my Back-comfortably touching the ground...
I don't want to step back from practice.... Please help.

Answer:

The pain along the shoulder blade may be coming from your neck (Cloward's sign). The low back pain needs to be assessed--it may be as simple as requiring core stablization and de-loading exercises, but you neet a therapist who knows what they are doing examine you to be sure.

Answer:
