Have been traing for weeks building up on distance to complete a 15km fun run, the week before the run my calves start cramping havent had this problem at all before. Can you provide a remedy or advice on what I should be doing between now and on race day?

one remedy that i particularly like is a homeopathic tissue salt by new era its called magnesium phosphate (mag phos no 8) this is good for any spasmodic type pain and cramp....plus lots of stretching. hope that you find it helpful.
