Was at the gym and used a machine I had never used before. It is a reverse seated leg press. have been weight lifting for over a year. Didn't notice any problems that day but the next day I awoke to cramping and pain radiating down from my right hip on the outside to the backside of my knee down to my ankles. Tried stretching but nothing is helping. Want to go back to the gym but afraid I might hurt it worse. What to do? I am resting it now.
