I was doing speed training one day when I fell backwards and I put my hands back to catch my fall which ultimately jammed my wrist. After daily stretches on my wrist, my pain began to feel better. First day of training camp I made a block on a runningback as he ran towards me, at the point of contact, the pain from my wrist travel through my forearm. Now whenever I wake up in the morning, I feel a bit of tingling pain in my forearm. Whenever I move my ring finger, I feel the slight pain in my forearm. Is this something severe that would end my season or possibly require surgery?
