Submitted 44 weeks 1 day ago by trooper1Yes. I had ACL surgery 3 years ago. Once I was awake and recovered from the anesthesia, they sent me home. The first day was all about taking it easy and starting my stretches slowly.
The whole recovery process took about 6 months before I was able to go back to the sport that got me injured (tae kwon do).
