I used to take a bag of over 5 kgs all-through my university life which is more than 4 years. At the same time, i used to do weight training in the gym. I have been doing weight training for about 7/8 years. For the last few years i am feeling something like soaring not pain. The pain is on the muscle of both sides of the spine. I did x-ray of that portion and there was no problem there. But the soaring type increased by this time severely. What could the problem be about? Who should I visit for such problem? A Physio or Orthopedic or Neuro Specialist or anyone else? Please suggest ASAP. Thanks.
