how can i recover from patellar tendonitis?

Question: how can i recover from patellar tendonitis?

it happened due to accident..i am suffering this pain more than a year ,i have gone to many specialist they injected medicine in it . but it only help me for two months then suddenly pain appears again . i have used rice therapy also but it has no positive result.so please gives me some fruitful suggestion , i am suffering a lot....
