Question: I have an an acrmioclavicular dislocation 3 level and want to know what to do!!!

That injury I had at around 5 mounts and it's no progres about pain at around 4 mounts!!!I dont want sergury intervention and ask what must gona do to be beter,becouse I am very ifluent in tenis and want be back to the cort!!!

Answer:

Rehab should focus on strengthening the deltoids & traps, with additional strenthening of the clavicle fibres of the pecs (incline press). Surgery has been reported to have limited success and can be treated conservatively.

Firstly you want to get full range of motion back of the shoulder by doing subtle range of motion exercises, also hanging you arm off the end off a bed with a weight as it was 5 months ago and swinging it like a pendulum will help strenthen the shoulder joint. Another rom exrercise, pretend you are sawing a piece of wood, walk your fingers up the wall, wall corner stretch, as in do a press up against a wall but in a corner so can go deep into it.Light weight shrugs may help aswell.

These are just off the top of my head, try these and if it helps I will give you futher help
