i injured my knee playin football d ligemint sore on outside of knee can walk fine but cant bend down all the way i get a pain on outside and across my knee and also down my calf sometimes i get a shooting pain in my knee cap when standing can any1 tell me whats wrong and what i need to do this happened 3 weeks ago
