I train twice a week in martial arts, and also run 2 miles a week and lift weights once a week i do squats, leg raises, bench etc, only recently when i wake up and get out of bed my right leg gives way and i get a pain in my knee and shin, after an hour it doesnt hurt until the next morning. Help
