I'm hoping someone can help please....
I've been getting sharp pain at the front of my knee (deep inside) when my leg is fully extended, ie doing planks and press ups.. and also after exercise.
I cant do straight leg dead lifts as i get the same sharp pain. I also get it when doing my hamstrings on the foam roller.
Does anyone have any idea what would cause this?
Had it checked and there's no structural damage.
