I am an active runner and aerobics nut. I recently turned too quick on my foot and fractured the 3, 4, 5, Metatarsals. Injury was 3 days ago, and I have much swelling and pain. Have been doing Ice, Rest, Elevation. Any better technique for quicker swelling reduction? Options on recovery exercises?
