I have had some physio on both arms lately from injury's, my stronger arm mainly on the tendons near the elbow joint but I lift the same and do the same reps on each can anyone explain for me please

Is your dominant arm bigger than your other arm? sometimes your dominant arm is bigger just because it gets used more during the day compared to your other arm. I am not saying this is what is going on because I do not know the details such as your job and your activities during the day.
