Hi...
About a month ago, i accidentally fell on my neck during my martial arts training. Till now, i feel pain when i try to look up or tilt my neck slightly to the left, particularly at a certain angle. I haven't been doing any straineous trainings since then, but the pain doesn't go away. Is there anything i can do to lessen the pain? Should i not worry too much about it and let it rest it for a while longer?
Thanks

Hi there
I am an Australian Kinesiologist/sportstherapist
The neuro lymphatic point to reset the neck muscles is the ganglia at C2 level. Massaging these points, 1" beside the spine, 1" below the skull, will help reset the neck muscles. Do these points 30 seconds at a time, and 8 times a day.
A couple of points on the chest, 3" beside the breastbone, and between the 2nd and 3rd rib should also be massaged, again for 30 seconds and 8 times a day.
These points will be painful, which is a good indication you are on the right spot.
Do these for a week to ten days, and your neck should be back to normal
Good luck
