Odd pain where the fibula meets the knee.

Question: Odd pain where the fibula meets the knee.

I have pain in the vicinity of where the fibula meets the knee toward the back. It only really bothers me after extended activity, and/or walking up and down stairs.

This pain started after I had just begun playing racquetball. I never twisted my knee and there is no popping associated with the pain, now or at the time of injury. Thanks
