Pain back of leg Knee Area

Question: Pain back of leg Knee Area

My leg was kicked at a martial arts class resulting in severe pain. I couldn't not walk properly and my knee was stiff. I visited an emergency ward to assess the damage and was told nothing was wrong.

For some time after the accident the knee was stiff, painful to bend, difficult to walk on and I could not kneel. I used the RICE method and a knee brace.

6 months later I have been given an anti-inflamatory. My knee is still slightly stiff, there is a click at the rear of the leg. I can walk ok and the knee is 90% better. Having said that If I kick the knee becomes stiff again.

I cannot afford to visit a physio and my doctor....has not referred me to one!?

I've seen so many different possibilities regarding knee injuries it would be of a great help to me to find the correct injury/injuries so I can begin the correct exercise program

Not yet set

Answer:

You really need an MRI if your pain has persisted 6 mo. You need to determine if there is a real issue and strenghthen with stretching and lifts. Not wise to use anti-inflams for extended time.

Answer:

The blockage is in your Hip flexor any Injury resulting you to walk unbalanced will cause the Hip flexor to Block. Look up Hip flexor and massage it as hard as you can you will feel a pressure build up around your knee you need someone to then massage the pain over your knee through the tibia and generating the blockage over the ankle through the toes. I use this method in my practice it hurts as you are forcing the energy to flow. I hope it works for you.
