I am new to running and it is more like a jog right now. I try to get out there at least 3 times a week and I do 3 miles. After the last 3 times I have started to feel a pain that starts on the inside of my leg behind the ankle bone. It travels up to above my ankle bone and then about 3-4 inches at a slow angle towards the front. Anyone able to point me in the right direction? Thanks.
