Post-op Right knee TKA. Knee locks up on me now.

Question: Post-op Right knee TKA. Knee locks up on me now.

Could it be:INSTABILITY OF THE PROXIMAL TIBIOFIBULAR JOINT?. Or possibly a tear in the Popliteal tendon? It aches all the time now. When it does lock up, I cannot get it to come out. I just have to wait and use my other leg to slowly bring the locked knee back and forth until it will unlock.?
