I agree. A tibialis posterior tendon problem can have different levels of severity and therefore different rehab needs. The cause is important. It may require supportive insoles (orthotics) to allow the tendon some relative rest. There is likely a biomechanical problem further up the kinetic chain (hip and pelvic girdle). If the tendon is degenerative...yuck!
