I am an Australian Kinesiologist/sports therapist.
You have 'pulled' the adductor. All muscles work on energy. sometimes an injury will 'trip the fuse' and needs to be reset in order for that energy to flow again.
Massage the points just below the shoulder blades (between the 8th and 9th rib) and the point behind the nipples. Massage the inside of the upper leg fron center to the insert and origin of the muscle. Also massage the prominent knobs of the pelvis (PSIS) and the spine at L1 Level in the waist.
