hi, i tried out some of the exercises that was recommended. it did helped a little. however its not fully recovered till now. i still feel a tight feeling whenever i bend forward and the slight pain is still present. went online to read about lower back pain and found that i have similar symptoms to Sciatica. a inflamed nerve root endings. any experts to guide me what can i do? it have been 4 months ever since i injured my lower back. help is greatly appreciated. thank you.
