I've been having pain in my right lower back for the past 2 weeks (not on the spine). It was getting better until i played a squash competition over the weekend and my back had begun to have small spasms after i won the semi-finals (it wasn't really painful so i just dismissed it). During the finals i was playing halfway when i went for a shot and accidentally hyperextended my back which resulted in an immediate feeling of sharp pain on my back and i couldn't walk properly thus forfeiting the game. This happened 3 days ago and at now i still have sharp pains when i move/sit/get up in certain angles and i also feel the pain when i sneeze. I can't even walk properly and i have to always activate my core because i have a feeling that if i don't i will feel the pain. Somebody said that i might have a slip disc and i can't see the doctor until thursday. Has anyone have any idea as to what has happened to my back?
