Over the past few years I have had multiple cases of tendonitis--in my shoulder, patella, and foot. I am also beginning to suspect that I have it in my elbow, too. About a week ago, my left foot began to hurt when I walk on it. It typically will hurt less when I am exercising, however as soon as I stop it kills!! Walking also greatly hurts. The pain seems to come betweeen the second and third toes. When I'm walking, there seems to be a particular area on the bottom of the foot that hurts, but when I press it, it doesn't typically hurt on the bottom, but rather on the top of the foot. I'm wondering if it is related to the extensor tendons and if once again I have another form of tendonitis. This morning, however, I noticed my shin has begun to hurt in the same leg. This pain has increased steadily. Please let me know if you have any ideas! Oh, and on another note, I have been bruising really easily over the last few months. Does anyone know what would cause that? When I went to the doctor, because I hurt my foot in a different area a few months ago, he merely said that women bruise easier because of estrogen, but I really don't think that explains anything.

Hi there
I am an Australian Kinesiologist/sports therapist
I think you might have the beginnings of arthritis. Arthritis is considered by conventional medicine to be an autoimmune condition of unknown cause. This belief ignores a large volume of scientific evidence pointing to food allergies as a major cause of arthritis.
The medical community has focused almost solely on treating the symptoms of arthritis with anti-inflammatory medications, either prescription or over-the-counter. These medications offer temporary relief of the pain and swelling, but they never cure arthritis. Over the long term this type of treatment also comes with a host of side-effects, which is another word for allergic reactions.
Very often it is actually possible to eliminate the cause of the inflammation without resorting to drugs to suppress it.
Inflammation is actually caused by the immune system reacting to toxic states of the tissue.
The important question is, “Why is the immune system creating inflammation?”
Bacteria, viruses, and parasites trigger an immune response.
But anything that triggers an immune response also triggers inflammation. This includes foods that are correctly identified by the immune system as not belonging in the body. Therefore an allergic reaction to a food can result in inflammation of the joints.
The body can be allergic to any food; therefore any food allergy is capable of causing inflammation and arthritis. This includes RA, juvenile arthritis, and undefined joint pains. This is why it can be so difficult for one to recognize the relationship between their diet and their symptoms.
Let’s use a dairy allergy as an example. If you eat any form of dairy, be it milk, butter, cheese, yogurt, or even dairy in the form of casein or whey in another food product, such as bread or milk chocolate, then you can potentially trigger the symptoms of your food allergy, in this case arthritis. You should also know that allergy symptoms may show up hours or even a day later, well after a food is absorbed into your system.
What to do about it!
Avoid all acid forming foods, such as MILK and associated products, meats, in particular deli meats which are treated with Nitrates and Nitrites, both implicated as cancer causing agents, potatoes, sugars, including honey, tobacco, alcohol and other mind altering drugs and so on. I am sure you'll find a list of acidforming foods on the net.
High amounts of Vitamin C will reduce the associated inflammation. I suggest you take at least 4000 mg daily. Start off with a lower dosen and build up over a couple of weeks. Maintain this regime and within days your symptoms have gone!
Drink heaps of clean non chlorinated water to flush the system of unwanted toxins.
Chlorine is also implicated as a causal factor in Arthritis.
It is a terrible disabling disease and if you can nip it in the bud so much the better. The longer you wait, the longer it takes to eliminate.
Good luck

Submitted 3 years 6 weeks ago by getcialisI found the answer to the question "Tendonitus and Foot" given by Hans very informative. I never knew the probable cause of arthritis is food allergies. I fear I may have a touch of arthritis my self, I am a regular visitor to escort agencies in Dubai and I fear it may be affecting my performance with the Dubai escorts. I will be running the I ideas expounded by Hans by my Doctor to see if this form of Arthritis prevention is a viable option for me.
