THORACIC SPINE INJURY

Question: THORACIC SPINE INJURY

Hi , 4 years ago i done a backward manouver onto my hands ( crab ) and i have been in severe pain ever since. I have now lost control of my bladder and have numbness , pain and bad muscle spasms in back and chest , which makes it difficult to breath.
I also have Loss of lordosis in my neck , Osteophenia in spine and hip , Lumbar mid and lower facet joint hypertrophy and lumbar scoliosis to the left. And noone has seemed to want to help me over these 4 years. And had a diagnosis of thoracic spine overstretched nerve and soft tissue resulting in damage to nerve and tissue and yet that consultant has done nothing to help me.
Have you any advice of what i should do? would really appreciate it .

Thank you
Kelly
