I tripped while running and fell on my left knee with all of my body weight. It is barely swollen and there is almost no bruising, just some scrapes. However, after a week I still cannot walk normal. It's hurts to move it, but once bent, it does not bother me. I have been icing twice daily, apply arnica and taking anti-inflammatories. I have not resumed running due to the pain. However, I would like to aqua jog and/or bike but do not want to delay healing or make it worse. Without getting an x-ray is there a way to know what is truely wrong?
