I have had a facet joint injection for inflamation and pain when i train,it comes on really badly after 20 mins or so,i also couldnt bend over or jog without pain,i recently had a lay off and have been sitting at my computer alot,i obviously have a lack of core and glute strength and wondered if anyone could advise the best way to start back getting into training and what are the best exercises to do to prevent this happening again,my mri scan looks fine apart from some disc flattening and a slight bulge which i was already aware of,the report also mentioned hyperlordosis.
Also how long do i leave it to safely go full out in training,it has been 48 hours since the jabs.
