The other day i was running and then it hit me, almost burning point in my knee. It hurts to run on it for more then a mile. But i can do all flexibility on it as i can. I can lung, squat, and do anything on my leg as i want. All the pain is in is when i run. My knee cap pops when i extent it pass the straight leg stretch, and also when i kick my knee cap pops.
Please if you could tell me what the problem is?

It is possible that you have iliotibial band friction syndrome. II bands are notoriously famous for being tight with runners. Have a physio take a look. It's easy to diagnose and treat. If I am right, ensure that you go the extra mile and strengthen your hip abductor muscles...
