You have a problem with your adductors. This is a muscle that runs from the pubic bone to the inside of the femur and from there to the tibia. It holds the thigh in, flexes it and rotate it inward. This muscle works, like so many lower back muscles, on Vitamin E (Tocopherol) I would recommend a supplement of 500 mg daily. You can get 250 mg capsules and take 2 daily. You can reset the muscle by massaging it from center of the inside thigh to the knee and groin. This will engage the spindle cell mechanism in the muscle and strengthen it. Vitamin E is readily available from green leafy vegies, peas, root vegetables like parsnip, turnip, swede, sweet potato. potato, and the likes. Avoid all simple carbohydrates for a week or two. If you have a vitamin E deficiency you have an absorption problem, usually caused by a candida yeast overgrowth. A diet of complex carbs will usually fix this. Avoid all foods containing food colouring. Everyone we get in our clinic is tested for allergies and everybody reacts to food colouring, among other things. The reason for having this problem after playing on concrete is that concrete does not 'give'.
Vitamin E deficiency would have been the cause of your Clicky hips. But this can also be a vitamin C deficiency as this vitamin is responsible for the formation of collagen from which your connective tissue is made. Try a supplement of this as well. !000mg daily would be sufficient.
Glad to be of assistance
