Nella Grilo
Nella Grilo qualified as a medical doctor from the University of the Witwatersrand in 1996. After her internship, she worked as a Medical Officer and then Registrar in Internal Medicine. In 2001 she started her registrarship in Dermatology and qualified as a Dermatologist in 2005, becoming a Fellow of the College of Medicine, South Africa. After that, she worked as a consultant and headed up the Dermatology department at the Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital, teaching undergrad and postgrad students as part of her duties. In 2011 she went into full-time private practice in Johannesburg until the present.
